A machine like a Klutch 140si with spool-gun is light years ahead of the Lincoln in laying beads down..I would like to have a SP-125/135 in my shop.You need to blow out your cable liner, while your doing this make sure your contact tip is clean and unobstructed. Also make sure that your drive roll tension is not to much, enough to move the wire but not enough to push it when you have the wire held at the gun.Cleanliness in a wirefeed insures problem free usability.
