Georgia tech fraternities

We are a very well organized, self regulating organization at Tech. Most greek systems don't self regulate recruitment and the result is a lot more alcohol abuse during that period. Most other schools don't have the academic caliber of Georgia Tech, so consequently we have smarter fraternity members. That helps a lot.

Here's my two cents. First, professional fraternities and social fraternities are two very different things. When people think 'frats,' they're thinking of social fraternies. They're the one with houses on campus, parties, etc. Professional and honor fraternities are nothing like that.
